Brent Gulledge

Brent is a native of Anson County, North Carolina and a graduate of UNC Charlotte. Shortly after college, during an extended European vacation, Brent realized his love for photography when he arrived back to the states with numerous rolls of camera film to develop. After taking photography classes and purchasing the required cameras and gear, Brent launched his own photography business focusing on family shoots in natural settings.

Today, Brent specializes in weddings, events, corporate and family photography. He licenses images for commercial and editorial use and creates fine art prints and canvases for purchase. Working in both color and black & white, his photojournalistic style is modern, distinctive and timeless. Brent's goal for every photo shoot is to create a relaxed environment that results in natural, candid, non-traditional images. By incorporating a multi-faceted approach, Brent's skills and the use of technology captures the expressions and contrast that many clients cherish.

Laura (Vossberg) Gainor

Laura is originally from Kasson, Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She started her passion of photography in high school and graduated from UWM with degrees in Fine Arts-Photography and Journalism-Advertising. During her years in Milwaukee she became interested in graphic design and creative marketing. Shortly after graduating she felt as if there were so many opportunities open for her, so she picked a spot on the map and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina.

During her time in Charlotte, Laura has worked as a graphic designer, photographer, interactive marketing specialist, and a manager of client services. Laura's knowledge and expertise in these areas led her to focus on photography + design full-time and start Blue Wheel with the amazing photographer, Brent Gulledge.

Now we're excited to announce that Blue Wheel Photography + Design is also in Milwaukee, WI! Laura has recently moved to Milwaukee, WI to spread the Blue Wheel love to the Midwest! She excels at making the photo + design process fun and enjoyable while working closely with clients and vendors in the Milwaukee area. A recent newlywed herself, Laura enjoyed every step of planning and designing her Uptown Charlotte wedding. Photography captures the best times of your life and she's there to help you cherish these timeless moments.
